Acquiring Medical Cannabis

Most States with Medical Marijauna Laws do not have any legal dispensaries and do not permit the sale of Medical Cannabis. These states are often referred to as "Grow Your Own" States.

"Grow Your Own" States often allow Medical Patients, who are unable to grow for themselves, the option to attain a Caregiver to grow, supply and deliver the medication to their patient with certain protections under their respective state laws.
